It’s really important to think about this thoroughly before you do it because you will loose your RSVPs to your Event.

If you want to cancel your Paid Event, you can do this yourself in the App.

Cancelling the Event

Go Clubs > My Clubs > Clubs You Manage > Open Club > Click the three dots > Delete Event. We would suggest you letting members know before deleting the Event by using the Message all feature.

Go Clubs > My Clubs > Clubs You Manage > Open Club > Click the three dots > Message All Members. Members will get an automatic email telling them that the Event is cancelled.

Refunding Customers

If you decide to cancel the Event, all members will be refunded by default. So make sure to have the money in the bank account that's linked to the Event. If there are limited funds, you will receive an email to top up the account with the necessary money in order to refund the customers.
