We get it, sometimes circumstances change. Perhaps premium membership isn't quite the right option for you at the minute.

To downgrade your membership to FREE, simply cancel your subscription using the original method you signed-up.

If you signed up via the website you can cancel your membership by logging in then heading here: https://thestack.world/myaccount

On this page you will see the option to Cancel Membership.


Your premium access will continue to run until the end of your current billing period, this will be displayed in a pop-up when you cancel your membership. After this date you will be on a FREE membership and no longer charged. You will then have access to all parts of The Stack World available via the FREE membership.

If you signed up via the iOS app, you can cancel your membership by going into the app store on your device > selecting your profile in the top right hand corner > selecting subscriptions > selecting your The Stack World membership and amending your membership accordingly.
