Our payment processor Stripe requires you to provide basic information and identification. This is part of our collective obligation to help prevent money laundering and fraud. It's very straightforward and you can do it all in one go, or save your progress and complete it at your leisure.
To do this you must follow the same steps you took before to get to your bank details screen:
Sign in to the app
Tap your profile (bottom right)
Tap your account settings cog (top right of your profile)
Scroll down to the bottom of your Account Settings screen
Tap Bank Details
Tap the complete verification button
If you're doing this bit by bit you can return to these options as often as you like.
