Some of our early adopter PROs take full payment upfront in the app and some of our PROs are bookable and take payment at the salon.
If you choose to cancel the treatment within the Pro's cancellation policy, we refund you in full if you've paid upfront in the app. If you haven't paid yet, the appointment will be cancelled and we'll let the PRO know. If you cancel the treatment outside of their cancellation policy then you will have to contact your PRO to get a refund.
